Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or buying from it you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Our returns policy and shipping policy form part of these terms, as does our privacy policy. Where they cover the same ground, the specific policy applies.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that the payment details you use are your own or that you have permission to use them.

You don't need an account to order, but if you create one you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us at hello@clearsupplements.shop if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that's being used fraudulently or abusively.

We work hard to describe our products, ingredients and nutritional values accurately, and to photograph them honestly. Even so, colours vary between screens, and formulations, ingredient sourcing and packaging change over time. The label on the box you receive is the authoritative statement of what's in it — read it before you use the product, particularly if you have allergies.

Nutritional figures on this site, including the Supplement Facts panel, are typical values and are provided for information.

Prices are shown in the store's currency and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, and that's when the contract is formed. Until then we can decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit quantities per customer or per order, and we may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you check out.

Discount codes and promotions apply while stocks last, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may void a discount that's been shared publicly or used in a way it wasn't meant for.

If you start a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the cadence you chose, at the subscription price in effect at each renewal, until you cancel. We'll email you before each renewal.

• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• Skip, reschedule, change flavour or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@clearsupplements.shop.
• Changes take effect on the next renewal — cancel before your renewal date to stop that order.
• If we change subscription pricing, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

A failed payment pauses the subscription; we may retry the charge before doing so.

Delivery times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Our shipping policy sets out rates, timings and what we do about parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Because we sell a food product, we don't accept returns. Every order is instead covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. The returns policy sets out the detail, and it applies to any refund question these terms don't answer.

Follow the directions on the label. Don't exceed the suggested serving, keep it out of reach of children, and don't use it as a sole source of nutrition or as a replacement for a varied diet. Supplements affect people differently, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.

The text, photography, illustration, logos, packaging design and code on this site belong to Clear or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may look at it, share links to it, and print pages for your own use. You may not copy it into your own commercial materials, resell our products using our imagery, or use our name or marks without written permission.

If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you keep ownership of it but give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit for length and publish it in connection with our products. You confirm it's your own work, that it's honest, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that makes health claims we can't stand behind. We don't pay for reviews, and we don't remove a review because it's negative.

Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it at scale, to probe it for vulnerabilities, to impersonate someone, to resell our products as your own, or to collect other people's information. We may block access to anyone who does.

This site links to third-party sites and runs on third-party services — payments, subscriptions, reviews and analytics among them. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that can't be limited, and nothing excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clear and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Clear harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, Your State], and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as our products and the law change. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; the terms in force when you placed an order govern that order.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about the site and your orders. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent.
